For the first time, there will be an EHOA marquee at Badminton next to the dressage warm up area. It will be open all four days and will have CCTV and offer refreshments. On Friday at 5pm we shall be doing our PRIZE DRAW - the winner will receive an all in trip for 2 to Hong Kong in August to support our Eventing squad.
The draw will be made by Ian Dennis of Incentevents who generously sponsored the prize and Sharon Hunt. All EHOA members up to 5pm on 3 May will be entered in the draw. If you are not yet a member and wish to join, you can do so in the marquee.
There will be an EHOA training day (flatwork and jumping) with Pippa at her yard in Surrey on Monday 23 June. Pippa’s days always fill quickly so book now to secure a place. If her commitments allow, then we may be able to fix another date with her in July.
The EHOA have teamed up with Musketeer, the organisers of the Subaru Houghton International Horse Trials to offer EHOA members and their guests hospitality facilities. Click here for details

As part of their award, the 2007 training award winners have the opportunity to attend a special 2 day training course at Hartpury College. This will be held on 18 & 19 February and features dressage on 18th with Emile Faurie starting at 9am and show jumping with Andy Austin and cross country with Richard Waygood on Tuesday 19th, again starting at 9am. Members are very welcome to come and watch this training.

We are pleased to announce that Martin Collins will again join us in sponsoring the Intermediate Championships at Gatcombe for 2008.

Incentevents put on a great trip to the European Championships for EHOA members. Here is the report from the prize draw winner Lara Hansford.
We had a lot of applications for our 2007 Training Awards and it has take Ali Howe from Biotal and the EHOA's Annabel Brunner some time to pick the 11 winners. It was a difficult decision as so many of the applicants were so deserving. Many congratulations go to: Jessie Long, Johnny Hustler, Christine Eales, Wendy Cochrane, Lottie Kennedy, Alison Lincoln, Kate Morley, Miranda Palmer, Charlotte Springhall, Sam Cutts and Sally Chamberlain.
Each will receive £200 training vouchers, special award winner's jacket, rug and numnah, a year's supply of Biotal Equine Gold and a place on our award winners special pre-season training course which will be held at Hartpury College on 18 & 19 February '08.

Quite a few of you have purchased EHOA membership as presents for your friends and relations. We now have available an EHOA membership voucher which you can buy as a present for someone. They can then send the voucher in with a completed EHOA membership form.
